Slightly pleated from the waistband with hand pockets and a side button close. Excellent condition! Tags are very faded and hard to read. Size 14. Waist is about 16" flat and unstretched and skirt is 34" long. My items are either Brand New or gently pre-owned unless otherwise stated.
