One of the flower lights has part of the flower that is broken as you can see in the last picture, this does not affect the functionality at all, and it does not visually affect it much as I didn't realize it was broken until I saw the pictures. Original box has some stains and wear. They are currently set for solid. You do have the option to change it out to blinking if you wanted. ***The blinker bulb is not included.***.
