Description: The U.S. Club House brand of cigars seems to have been introduced in 1931 to very little fanfare along with about 15 other small makers of cigars. They were targeted to smokers who probably found it difficult to afford cigars because of the Depression and so had a price of 2 for a nickel. The box opener was used by a tobacconist to open and close cigar boxes. Measures approx. 6 3/4" with a nice heavy nickel chrome finish.
