Description: This is a pair of vintage circa 1940(?) Swedish Army WWII Triple Crown military combat woolen pants. I think. I can promise you that if you are viewing this listing...you know more about these than I do. So...here is what I do know. These used to belong to my Dad. No one here ever remembers seeing him wear these. Ever! Mainly because he could have never fit into them at any time of our lives. Why he had them or where he got them...we will never know. We listed these as used. They certainly don't look like it. There is not one single sign of wear or damage anywhere. There is a "LLOYDS" tag on these. We have no idea what that refers to. Something is stamped onto the waistband. Looks to be three crowns. I think that matters. Looks to be the number 1940. Or 1945. It is definitely hard to clearly make out the numbers. Take a look at the last couple of pictures and decide for yourself. Whatever number that is...I think that is the year that these were made. And the number 06. No idea what that number represents. Here are the measurements. Kindly refer to the very first picture in our listing. I took the measurements of these pants in that position. The top of these pants is 13.5" across. Yes...13.5"! I measured these down the center seam as seen in the picture and that measurement was 42.5". That is one tall skinny guy! If you need other measurements...just ask. You now know what I know. Which isn't much. From the research I did do...these things are pretty valuable. Especially in this condition. I am sure there are experts out here. I would appreciate any kind of help and pearls of wisdom you are willing to share. Thanks...in advance. (SO-RHS)
