It is rather large, the length is 5 inches or 12 centimeters, the diameter is roughly 1.5 inches or 4 centimeters, weighs 9.44oz or 268 grams. Looking at its size I would guess it is for a large fish, marlin or larger perhaps (sorry, I do not have extensive knowledge in this). Checking the photographs it will be easy to see that eyes are moving under gravity, also there is some slight "damage", I would guess bite marks, as hard as the material is. I am not sure how to measure this, but with a use of a ruler I would say perhaps a 4mm (or perhaps a tiny bit smaller than that) diameter line will go through the hole.
