I would say pic with tags best representation. Black piping around neck of dress and around collar, sleeves and front of jacket. 2 buttons on jacket. Slip on dress. Seems long for petite. Very cool vinyl belt. Very clean. No rips or stains. Couple of stitches coming loose, but very minor for the age. Excellent condition. Ready to wear. Please look closely at the pictures.
