With Aunt Lucy as the character, this 12" stuffed animal is made of plush material and comes with a shawl, scarf, Hat, glasses, and tags. She was manufactured by Eden Toys in 1975. The bear is in excellent condition (black felt hat has a tiny hole, some fading and creases) and would make a great addition to any collection. The EDEN tag has bends.
