Outside box is 1971 and inside instruction paper is 1973.Measures 12" x 8 1/2" x 2 1/8". Weighs approximately 1 pound 13 ounces (prior to packaging)We buy most of our pieces at auctions, flea markets & yard sales so we may not know the history of the item.
