Description: Book is cool, but the 4 horizontal fold out posters of kitchen design and photos are even cooler. Would look great framed in a bakery! Bright colors. There are holes in the fold outs because of the way the book is bound in a folder. I can't find a date, but judging from the photos of the kitchens, I would say this is from the 1930s or early 1940s. Famous recipes. Thick paper folder cover is faded and torn. Significant foxing on the first few pages. Design fold out #2 is torn away from the brads. MEDIA MAIL - slower but cheaper, no insurance.
