Description: The black/brown/white fur coat with red satin lining is in great condition with the waist band nice and not stiff. The belt that goes around the coat is already to wrap around Francie's waist and the material is not hard and is soft and should tie easily. The suede hood is in very good condition with all the stitches in place with a few slight discolorations and in the back at the crown of her head the stitching has pulled apart by 2 or 3 threads and will be resewn by the new owner. The red socks are in very good condition with no runs and one sock at the top has a couple of open stitches at the seam area. The red vinyl mittens are in great condition and are soft and Francie's hands must have been in them a long time and are easy to slip on and one glove has a small nip on the seam and both gloves have a tiny hole. The soft back flat Japan shoes are in good condition. Lastly is the black vinyl spats in soft condition with all the bead closures in working order and the strap underneath the feet in place.
