Description: This lidded French copper pot comes from a local Vermont estate. It measures about 8.75" in diameter and is about 4.25" deep. I consider this a 3 quart pot- I was able to put an entire gallon of water into it but it comes right to the rim. There is also the number '3' on the rivets of the underside of the lid. Overall the pot is in good vintage condition and is heavy. One can cook in it as it is but eventually the pot will need re-tinning- there are two tiny areas near the top where the copper is showing through. PLEASE LOOK CAREFULLY AT MY PHOTOS as they are your best description and ask questions before you bid. Shipping quoted is for the Continental US however carrier may change if buyer is west of the Mississippi to keep within shipping charge. If shipping cost is less, difference will be refunded . Thank you for looking.
