Gordon Phillips was born in Boone, North Carolina on the year of 1927. He was a well known western & civil war artist who studied at the Corcoran School of Art and later became an illustrator and sculptor. Later in his life, he pursued commercial art and western style arts and received commission from National Geographic Society, Smithsonian Institution, and many more. Buyer pays shipping.
