Description: This is a very old (1911-1915 ?) Gotham Gold Stripe Silk Stocking box. It even has the delicate "paper" lining inside. The stockings that originally came in the box were black, size 10 as seen on the label on the end of the box. It is approximately 6 3/4" x 10" x 1". Great collector's or display piece.
