Guaranteed to be bakelite. It measures almost 5 1/2" long (total) and the bakelite handle is 3 3/8" long. The diameter of the bowl is 7/8". The metal is SHINY and looks UNUSED to me with no rust/pitting. The bakelite is also EXCELLENT with no chips, cracks, crazing or burn marks. Shipping is a flat rate of 7.95.
