This Vintage Dollhouse is Precut Plywood. It looks like a couple of pieces were assembled and the rest looks new and unassembled. The kit looks complete in the box. This was made by the Greenleaf Steel Rule and Die Corporation of Schenevous, NY. The assembled size of the house is 16” wide x 11” deep x 17” high. When assembled, it has 2 stories with 4 bedrooms, front porch, staircase, and 2 second story dormers. I took the pieces out of the box for the photos.
