Description: This was a fun one to restore. It was covered in carbon barnacles. I couldn't tell what brand it was, but I could see that the cooking surface was smooth. After stripping it to bare metal, I was surprised to see the GSW logo. I had never restored a GSW pan, let alone a Canadian pan. These things are so well made. Slick cooking surfaces. Nicely balanced, light and flat. According to the interwebs, this was likely made in the 30s or 40s. I seasoned it 4 times. She's ready to cook with.
