It is a new (old stock) item that is factory sealed with a plastic sleeve that goes around the outside of the box. There is a small irregular piece of the plastic sleeve (about the size of a quarter) that is missing right over the front of the box (over the character's blond hair.) This is not very noticeable. The plastic sleeve is obviously present and the game has never been opened.This game is in very good condition for a game that has been warehoused for 24 years.
