Description: Charming vintage Scottish Terrier figurine, hand-carved from horn, mounted on a staghorn antler base. Made in Scotland, probably in the 1960s, by Dykehead Horn Product. As best I can tell, the company no longer exists; it was located in North Ayshire, in the Irvine area and produced a wide variety of decorative items from horn, from ships to birds to brooches. Overall the figurine is about three inches long and three inches high. It's in very nice condition, from a non-smoking household.
