Here we have a beautiful vintage quality pottery quasi-triangular and deep ASHTRAY with hand painted stylized fruits made by THE CALIFORNIA CLEMINSONS (George & Betty) of El Monte, CA. It measures approx. 8-1/4" wide x 4" side high x 3" base wide (standing on three feet.) It is in great maintained shape (unused by cigarettes) with no chips, cracks or crazing (a few minor scuff/rub marks here and there...not at all offensive.) The bottom is faintly marked, "THE CALIFORNIA CLEMINSONS ~ C ~ HAND PAINTED ~ ©." Came from a well cared for private home collection of many years, however the exact age is unknown, pattern discontinued, production run 1941-1963. This item weighs approx. 1 lb., add 2 lbs. or so for the packing box and packing material. I combine shipping when safe and practical for all items purchased. Payment and shipping...
