Description: This vintage five-piece cake serving set features the charming Currier and Ives pattern called The Old Homestead in Winter. The round semi-porcelain Harkerware plate set includes two sizes of serving plates, with diameters of 10" for the larger cake plate and 6-1/4" on the 4 smaller serving plates. Each scalloped edge plate is trimmed in gold and features a different multicolored rustic homestead scene recalling a simpler era. The beautiful set is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or scratches. The gold trim is pristine with no signs of wear. The large plate shows some tiny gray utensil marks from usage. This set would be perfect for any occasion and would make a lovely addition to any decorative cookware, dinnerware, or serveware collection. Please view photos closely before purchasing.
