Description: Vintage Harlequin Clown Jester, original price $48. Material is chalk ware over another material (wood?), hand painted in red, off-white, black, and gold with gold glitter. Faded label. "Stengholder" may be name of manufacturer (Stengholder is a Norwegian word). Stands on box base and measures 11 1/2" tall and 3 1/2" square at base, and weighs 2 lbs. Very good condition overall with the exception of one missing ball on skirt (see final photo and photos at different angles). Has a rather rough chalk exterior which has an "antique" wash and have some small unpainted areas which look original to the figures. Rare. The Harlequin Clown Jester Circus theme is whimsical and playful and is beautiful at Christmas but could be used for fun. I accept returns. #AA
