Description: Welcome to Antiques & Moore! This listing is for a lovely small vintage French cut crystal hinged jewelry casket or box, c. 1930's. This box is heavy cut crystal with brass banding in a style that was typically made by Baccarat. Both the top and bottom sections are cut in a diamond pattern. The brass bands on the top and bottom sections are in good shape but could stand to be polished.This nice box is in very good Estate condition with no chips or cracks. The hinge is tight and the box opens and closed correctly although there is a sight gap in the front when box is closed. There is also an unknown small/faint cloudy area on a couple of the diamond squares. Measures 3 1/8" high, 4 3/8" long and 3 1/8" wide. Weighs 1.7 pounds.
