Description: These six fruit knives are by Holmes and Edwards and are silver plate. The knife handles are round and have an engraved fruit motif with a small round knob on the end. They each have "Holmes & Edwards 12" stamped on the blade. They come in the original box with the pink satin insert. The box itself is falling apart due to age and use (see photos). The sides of the lid are missing pieces and has stains and discoloration. The bottom of the box has fared slightly better with minor issues (one of the sides is split). Again, there is discoloration and staining throughout. "The Holmes & Edwards Silver Co., Bridgeport, Conn." is stamped on the lid. The pink satin insert is stained.
