Description: A vintage Pastoral bread or dessert plate by the Homer Laughlin company. The plate measures 6.75" in diameter and is in great condition. Please refer to the photos. According to the Homer Laughlin China Date Codes information, the "F54" portion of the back stamp indicates that the plate was produced in June 1954. The "N" or "L" at the end of the code denotes the specific week of production, with "N" representing the first week and "L" representing the last week of the month. So the full back stamp "F54NR" means this Pastoral plate was produced in the first week of June 1954 by the Homer Laughlin China Company. The Pastoral pattern by Homer Laughlin was part of their popular dinnerware lines, featuring a pastoral landscape design.
