Description: This is a used Honeywell Auto Strobonar 782 camera flash. This listing contains only the flash unit and the cable that connects to the camera. It does not include the charging cable or batteries. I have not tested this flash for operation or for charging. The old NiCd batteries are not included and have been disposed of properly with a local organization that handles them. (Please don't throw your heavy metal batteries in the trash.) A picture attached to this listing shows the battery chain and how they have been soldered together in series while in the case. So: you'll have a little electronics work to do on your end to acquire 4 sub-C batteries, solder together some short leads between them, and solder some tabs on the outside to make the connection to the flash unit. (I'm not including the old leads and tabs—I was thinking about desoldering them from the old batteries, but those batteries were pretty janky looking, I didn't want to add any heat to them.)
