Description: Vintage Howard Miller Nathan George Horwitt Brass Museum Desk Clock Mid Century. Condition is "Used". Shipped with Expedited Shipping. Wonderful modernist clock made by Howard Miller based on Nathan George Horwitt's 1947 design. Some times referred to as "Museum clock", "Museum Dial", or "Odd Ball". Fun fact, the circle at 12 o’clock represents the sun which makes this not only decoration but a functional design. Made in Germany. It's made of brass. Good working order with some wear appropriate to age. Some rust visible (see photos) nothing that detracts, might be able to polish it but like patina and we prefer to leave that to the buyer.Looks like it was presented to the owner as a 20 year employment gift. Measures 5.5 in height x 2 in width on sides x 4.75 inches across front face. Runs on a AA battery. Keeps good time.Paperwork included inside back of clock as shown.
