Description: Vintage Hutschenreuther "The Revere" #8045 White & Platinum Fine China. Pattern Description: Sylvia Shape, Embossed White Body, Thick Platinum Trim. Made in Selb, Bavaria, Germany. This popular pattern is discontinued; it was active from ca. 1958 until 1988. Maker's Marks: This set all seem to have the 'Hutschenreuther Selb LHS Bavaria Germany' mark that was used from ca. 1939 until 1965. Thus these pieces appear to have been made between 1958 and 1965. Condition: Excellent previously owned condition. The pieces have bright shine. Very light shelf wear and utensil marks may be present. The platinum trim shows very little wear, if any.
