Description: This vintage Intertec Data Systems Superbrain 2 QD terminal computer, with a production year of 1982, is a very rare find for any collector. The country/region of manufacture was the United States, which is another significant detail. I have not plugged this in because I'm no expert at computers this old so I didn't want to cause further damage. This is an untested computer. Everything inside appears to be there from looking online at others in museums. It's very dusty and dirty inside and needs love or a proper restoration. I see no leaking or swelling from the capacitors and very little if any corrosion. All the parts are original and has not been modified in its 40+ years. The housing has all the badges, makers marks, and has no cracks. However the screws holding the 2 housing pieces together are missing, but that is insignificant. The cord is undamaged and original. The keyboard is very dusty and the keys stick sometimes but that's to be expected after 4 decades. The marking on the top is tape adhesive and not scratchs.
