Description: Vintage J Peterman velvet slip dress - very 1930s, light vee neck, short sleeves, bias cut rayon/silk velvet (their finest), spaghetti ties at waist, slimming skirt and edged in an 11 inch wider doubled velvet and beaded handkerchief hem. Stunning. Designed to drape, it measures: Bust 36-38, Waist to 34, Hips 36-38, Sleeve Length 4, Slightly higher in front 48, Back Length 52, 11 inch Hem Flounce, Hem Sweep is 70.
