Description: Gorgeous Japanese Ginger Jar (minus the lid) can be used as decor on a built in bookshelf or as a vase with flowers as a centerpiece! The options are endless! The light blue and white colors match so many kinds of decor- Farmhouse, Cottage, etc. The piece is a good size at 7 1/2 inches tall and 6 inches wide. There are no chips or breaks, but there is crazing. I love the look of crazing, but wanted to make sure it is noted. Looking down from the top, there is a flower around the top of the vase/jar that looks smeared, but it is only seen when standing above and looking down. It is smooth with bumps and looks to have happened when it was painted. This can be seen in picture 6 and 7. This is a vintage item so please review the pictures to make sure it is perfect for you.
