Description: Maiogi Dance Fan Design: This is a professional Maiogi Dance Fan and was made by one of Kyoto’s traditional fan makers. It is a lovely gold & silver flowing water design on a bluish-grey background with rich glossy-black lacquered bamboo struts. It measures about 20” or 52cm from tip to tip when open and is 12” or about 30cm long when closed. Condition:Vintage, it has been been used but is in good condition. It is sturdy and sound without any structural issues however there are a few minor signs of use and a signature in one corner - see photos. The age, quality and condition of our fans are carefully taken into consideration in determining the price so please see photos for details. The first 2 photos normally show both sides of the fan. Please examine them carefully to be sure you are happy with this fan before making your purchase.
