Description: For your consideration is a wood lidded box perfect for the trinkets, keepsakes or jewelry. It has 2 different colors of wood that have been segmented together, then shaped. The top has been rounded and the box appears to have been glued together as I see no staples or nails to hold it together. The lid is 2 parts plus the handle and it fits nicely snug in the box. The bottom looks to have originally had a cork bottom, and part of that is gone. The longer sides each have a slight separation as shown. One side does have an area that looks like there was some glue on it, so please see the pictures. This box is 4 1/8" x 5" and 3 3/4" and with the lid and handle 4 1/2".
