The form that the feathers are mounted on measures 11" long x 3-1/2" wide It has the union label. ITEM CONDITION Previously owned. Very good condition. Some of the feathers want to fall the wrong way. The inside surface of the band has some spots. OTHER INFORMATION Inv.
