Description: 1993 Vintage Lilliput Lane Anniversary Cotman Cottage. This company founded in 1982 by David Tate is no longer in existence since 2017. This piece is in excellent condition!!! I could only find one small chip on the edge of the back of the cottage. It’s a very colorful piece, but not bold. Comes in original box and with deed. I purchased this piece brand new for $300 plus tax in the 1990’s. It’s in mint condition.
