Description: For sale is a vintage Lisa Frank "Penguin Surfer" figure pencil sharpener. There is no date listed but I believe this is likely from the 1990's. Still on the original card, never opened. Card has some fading, it's not quite as bright as it would've originally been. (An original retail price sticker was recently taken off and there is no fading where the sticker was. The original color were the sticker was can be seen on the "characters!" word on the top right corner.) Card also has some bends so it does not stand up entirely straight. Pencil sharpener figure is still sealed on the card, never opened. Comes from a smokefree home. Please feel free to ask if you have any questions.
