Description: Vintage Lisa Frank Spotty Dotty Paint Brush 3 Ring Puffy Zipper Binder w/Folders **Will Receive Binder (P1291) & 3 Folders - All are 90s Vintage - RARE to come with Puffy Key Chain/Ornament with Binder **Used in Great to Excellent Condition - No rips or tears - Both zippers work great **Photos - Took photos to show exact condition of binder & 3 folders - There are some minor bends with the tag & 2 of the 3 folders. 2 of the folders have wear & minor tears around the holes but do NOT affect them being inserted into binder. On the back of the binder there is some rippling/waving (don't know what else to call it) in the plastic. I tried to provide photos from various angles to show all flaws.
