The movement is signed "LONGINES WATCH CO SWISS SEVENTEEN 17 JEWELS UNADJUSTED 12140297 370" - see photos. Unsure about setting/winding - missing part of stem/crown. The balance staff is intact, the balance swings freely, and it ticks with gentle pressure applied to the gear train. One of the winding wheels is missing a tooth - see photos.
