Description: Vintage LP: Santo & Johnny - Hawaii - Canadian-American CALP-1004 - Mono - 1961 Comments: The record has been cleaned and fully play tested. Nice looking album cover. The record is worn but plays well with good sound. The music is mostly instrumental with occasional voices. Visual Record Condition: The vinyl is glossy but is also covered with surface scuffs. I gave it a visual grade of VG-. Record Labels Condition: The record labels look good, but there is mild to moderate wear. Record Condition For The Ears: General background record surface noise is heard as mild to moderate crackle with occasional ticks / clicks. Nevertheless, the record still reproduces music with excellent sound quality and clarity. The record provides a satisfying listening experience. There were no skips or sticks, of course. Jacket Type and Condition: The record is housed in a standard LP jacket with the front cover laminated. The album cover looks real nice with a little wear. I gave it a VG+ grade. There is a short crease and some corner wear at the lower right. The laminate has peeled up a little along the right edge where the record slides in. Edge and corner wear is mostly mild. There are no seam splits. On the backside, the pasted-on art has lifted a little with a couple of creases at one lower corner. The text on the spine looks good. The album has been placed in a brand new, protective poly outer sleeve to help prevent further wear. Inner Sleeve Type and Condition: The inner is a round-bottom poly sleeve that is in excellent condition.
