Description: So hard to let my Mary Elizabeth Hadley collection go! I have many pieces which I will be listing now and in the future. This lovely centerpiece candle holder is looking for a new home! It is made to hold 5 candles, or one center candle and flowers in the four outer cups. It is hand-painted and signed. The center cup has a firing flaw as the glaze is a little cracked. It also looks like an "extra" brush stroke was added, which I think adds to its charm. Please see the photos. It measures approximately 8 3/4 inches in diameter and about 2 1/8 inches high. It would make a lovely gift! If you are a collector, you probably know that the M.A. Hadley factory closed a couple of years ago. A local philanthropist bought the factory and they are, again, producting dishes and a few accessories. However, they are not currently producing any pieces like this centerpiece.
