VINTAGE MADAME ALEXANDER LISSY DOLL--SUPER CUTE!

Description: This sweet little Lissy doll by Madame Alexander was made in 1957, I believe. Could be off a year either way. She is wearing the complete "Morning in the Park" outfit in the aqua color. That outfit came in several different colors. Outfit includes dress, matching panties with good elastic, Dutch cap ,socks and shoes. The colorful little bracelet and narrow white ribbons around her pigtails were added by me. Lissy's stringing is fairly loose, but she will hold poses and does great on a stand. Her left arm tends to be looser than the right, but it can be coaxed into poses. Hence, she could use a new arm band. Her head is reasonably tight and will pose however you want it to. Her legs have the typical looseness that most of my Lissys have to one degree or another. Lissy is all hard plastic and is 11.5 inches tall. She has blue eyes that have to be opened and closed manually. She is lacking any previous cheek color she may have had, and her face is a bit shiny. She is jointed at the head, shoulders, elbows, hips and knees. I don't see any cracks on her hard plastic. The gold elastic band on her hat is slightly stretched, but stays in place well. There are no spots, stains, rips or tears in her clothing. Her shoe elastic is holding up well. I see a spot on her right hand that is pictured. Also, a slight something on her right leg that I have pictured. So remember that she is vintage and not perfect. She is 65+ years old. Lissy comes from a smoke-free home where she has been displayed in a glass cabinet in a low-light, air-conditioned room. Her stand is not included.
