It has two hooks on the back with two tiny pieces of thread. The lower piece of thread seems very tight, and I did not want to damage dress, possibly it has been replaced, I cannot tell. On the front the rose seems to be lower than others i looked at on ebay, could be a mfg error. There are no stains or damage. The purse is beautiful. The booklet, shows this dress and many others, but it is very worn. The hanger is included. Review the photos for condition.
