Vintage Mattel Feeling Fun aka Jeans Barbie 1988 Superstar

Description: Gorgeous Feeling Fun/Jeans Barbie from 1988. De-boxed by me and stored in an acid free Doll Safe box ever since. Mint condition. Perfect face paint. Original (unusual) jewellery. Hair retains its original factory set, with ribbon and elastic band (which has dried out under the ribbon). Dolls with crimped hair don't age well - my sister got this doll for Christmas when we were kids. On Christmas Day she was shedding hair and by New Year's day her coiffure had turned into candy floss! The photos make it look like there's a crack down the right side of her neck but it's just a shadow from the seam. Her legs are slightly bandy (they bend outwards) but this is how she came out of the box. Her outfit's crisp and clean with no stains, play wear or odours. Her boots are missing because they were made from Mattel pleather, which liquifies with age making it sticky/crumbly/unusable. Will be sent carefully packed in a box with bubble wrap.
