The 45 pieces included break down into 15 of the 7.5 x 7.5 inch square 5 finger tiles, and 30 of the pickets. When these pieces are put together, it equals 10 square feet total. Although used, these are in excellent overall condition. - the original mastic / glue on backside is very light and will not affect future usage. This solid wood full 3/4 thick product could be sanded and refinished if needed, or used as is. They are prefinished so once installed they are ready to be walked on. Have a look at all photos, please ask questions if needed. Due to weight / shipping costs - we cannot accept returns for flooring. A sample can be purchased first if your unsure of purchasing an entire lot. Flooring arrives in generic boxing. This came out of a home built in 1959 and it was the original flooring.
