The smaller one is 11.25" and the larger one measures 14". All vintage items will have normal wear and usage. I try hard to find and disclose any imperfections to you. Please look closely at all of the pictures, and reach out if you have any questions at all. These seagulls are in very good condition. Some of the original finish has rubbed off on the very, very top of the left wing of the smaller one. I used a paint pen and worked great. Photo is before touch up.
