Description: This set belonged to my grandmother who died in 1956, so it was probably purchased in the 1940's or 1950's. McNicol China was manufactured in Clarksburg, WV, my hometown. I've researched this pattern extensively and don't see many pictures of it, so, without being an expert, I'd call it "rare." Set includes eight saucers and seven cups, all in very good condition, except one cup (has a crack line). No other chips or cracks. It's a truly beautiful set and I love it, but I don't drink coffee!!
