Description: Up for sale is a vintage Merco 49 Nitro RC Airplane Motor with the original box. This 2-stroke engine is compatible with nitro and glow fuel. We ran a compression test on this motor and it looks like it has about 28 pounds of compression by hand turning it! Due to the nature of this hobby, I’m selling every one of these motors as is described, I’m not guaranteeing any of them will run without working on them some. (The compression tester is not included in the auction) This item is a great addition for hobbyists and collectors alike.
