Description: N.S. Meyer Sword Saber Blade with Eickhorn squirrel logo, made in W Germany measuring 35" overall with a blade length of 29.75". Good condition showing handling wear, oxidation, tiny pin-prick scattered flaking/pitting, from storage and time. Etched design on blade, both sides, along with top of blade/spine. The ricasso shows a brass PROVED disc with a Star design around it. The opposite side is stamped with NS Meyer Markings with the Eickhorn Squirrel Logo, made in West Germany. Blade is marked, HOWE MILITARY SCHOOL , opposite side shows cadet name along with School emblems, etc. A hard to find item. Blade only, no handle. From the 1950-1960's that came from the NS Meyer factory before closing in 1980. See our other Items at TR-West
