I found no markings indicating the maker of this item. I believe that this item is likely made from a white colored glass material that is often referred to as “milk glass”; with red accents; the red accents are likely painted onto the white glass material; but I cannot verify this. The listing is for a two-piece set; a top and bottom portion; see photos. No chips or cracks.
