The pieces have magnets in them to keep them on the board. This one is not in great shape that needs to be reglued on one side. And their signs of rust on the game board as well. the box looks like its fine. And its missing one pawn. Old as is. 7 1/2 in.². And one black horse has a magnet that needs to be reglued the magnet is in the box. The hinges show sign of discoloration. They mustve been copper at one time held together with magnets. I dont know the age. 9.9 oz before packaging.
