Description: Vintage first generation MONT BLANC 24 fountain pen and 26 pencil set with a 14k EF- Extra Fine/ Needle point nib. The nib is pretty flexy, especially when compared to other 22/24 nibs. The 24 was the biggest pen from the 2X lineup, there was the 22 model that was smaller. A very interesting set that comes in a lovely green vintage leather pouch. The pens are in near mint/mint condition, as you can see on the pictures. The fountain pen is a piston filler pen. The pen itself has been fully serviced, which included full disassembly, thorough cleaning and all moving parts lubrication, thus the pistons operates smoothly. The pencil uses 1.18mm and features a push button lead propelling mechanism which operates flawlessly. I have provided a writing sample using Pelikan 4001 black tint, in order to further describe the writing characteristics of the nib. Please keep in mind that I am a left handed writer.
